this is not a real post...
but i just had to say that last night's opening of equus was the best opening night and opening night performance of my adult life. our director's a fucking genius, and although i trusted her because i know she's good, when audience members kept approaching me last night and i heard their feedback i realised how right she was about everything the whole time...i love this production, this company, this cast, this play (read it- peter schaffer's brilliant!) and i'm so privileged to be a part of it.

you were stunning and sweet and seductive and above all completely believable - everything the roll called for. i think you should be very proud of the work you are doing. it was the best i've ever seen from you.
i'm glad that you are enjoying the work you are doing. i told you it was amazing form the start, hopefully now you believe me. brilliant performance.
i would have loved to see the show!
i read a bit about it over at peong's and i'm very impressed with what you guys managed to pull off given your recent disasters!
