new linkage
just mentioning the snarling misanthrope and they who sleep together, now linked on my right...the former's doing installments of his domme saga and the latter has a brilliant story-post titled runners...both enjoyable reading outside of the above-recommended, also.walk good.
further expressions of idiocy
with gandhi on in the background, irresistable on our 1st unexpected encounter since fred's recent admission that it's the last movie he saw in a cinema, it occurs to me (and maybe this has already been said but i'm already typing and not taking more time off getting shit done to research in a fair+balanced fashion) that all that fasting seems a novel+intelligent way to guilt-trip the children into doing what one wants...and fittingly, the mosquito i just flipped the script on left a huge stain comprised, presumably, of my blood, on the new chaise-lounge, to go with the flat tire i used a poorly placed flowerbed abutting our still-new driveway to inflict on our new ride. because i can't have nice things.walk good.
taste no difference
there's milo cereal in sweet trini. shaped completely different, but otherwise deliciously the same. having 2boxes in our new place mighta been the only thing that coulda made me happier about moving.but work is a hot mess for a variety of reasons and i'm officially hunting again. as always, what i really want is to get paid enough between writing and shows. how possible that is remains to be seen- in my head it should be easier here than d.c., but the writing-for-$ part especially seems much harder, or, at least, to offer less options/opportunities. guess i'll find out how much i can make of it. not much choice unless i'm willing to break one of few promises i ever made myself.walk good.
most awkward reunion
1st post from our new place! rental, not ours for real, but easiest move ever (and i've moved a lot in the past 9years) although we not done yet, still having no furniture and more boxes than functionality- not @ my parents is brilliant either way...and i was reminded of a story last night and really wanted to test-drive our new wireless hookup, so...couple months ago, me+grims @ maracas on a weekday, liking ourselves.i see old, old friends, who i didn't know knew each other but wasn't surprised to see liming together, all of us being part of the same small local arts community. we lock eyes, good to see each other after many years and i'm beckoned over to say, hi, yes, i back home in sweet trini for good...so we ole talk for a short until i ask shane, "so how's veronica?" (his lovely wife)."she died...glenda [the other old friend with him @ this moment] and i are recently married..."see sweet trini, actually rendered speechless...walk good.
