it's already been broughten!

because the rugburn and singed fingers (with the funny part only added to that post a day later when the pain abated enough for me to remember) weren't enough, today i broke my glasses in the simple act of taking them off, while without health insurance to pay for new ones, and work all day saturday which means nothing's happening to fix the problem until monday. they broke in 2 @ the nosebridge such that one piece has nothing for tape to cling to, and thus i can't even tape them together in the interim. grrr.
